ZONING, LAND USE AND ENTITLEMENT

We represent tenants and property owners in all aspects of zoning and land use approvals. These clients include prominent developers, corporate and industrial users, retail complexes, and not-for-profit organizations. We have  knowledge in all aspects of land use development, including navigating deals under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).  We have extensive expertise in all types of land use approvals, including General Plans, Specific Plans, Zoning, Conditional Use Permits, Variances, etc.

We have experience in every aspect of the development process, from conducting pre-acquisition due diligence to obtaining final certificates of occupancy, and we work with cities and counties to achieve our clients’ objectives through legislative, administrative, and political processes.  We possess in-depth experience working with all aspects of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as federal and state toxic waste, asbestos, endangered species, wetlands, archeological protection, and water and air quality statutes.
