Experience
Jeff Brinton is a partner with Paskerian, Block, Martindale & Brinton LLP.
Mr. Brinton focuses his practice on land use and land development. He advises clients regarding the full range of planning and zoning laws, as well as selected environmental laws including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act. Mr. Brinton has represented clients in permitting and carrying out a variety of land development projects, and has led negotiations for related development agreements with cities and counties.
Currently, Mr. Brinton is involved in obtaining entitlements for one of California's largest planned community developments. He also has managed land use due diligence in conjunction with the acquisition of major real estate properties and portfolios, ranging from existing high-rise office buildings to undeveloped properties targeted for future commercial, residential and other uses.
