Matthew W. Paskerian, a partner with Paskerian, Block, Martindale & Brinton LLP specializes in real estate and corporate transactional work. Mr. Paskerian's practice includes all aspects of real estate transactions, including development planning, development, leasing, financing, acquisition and disposition. He has significant experience in representing developers of master-planned communities, residential merchant (production) builders and "big box" retailers. In addition, Mr. Paskerian is experienced with retail, commercial and telecommunications development, finance, leasing and sales. Mr. Paskerian is a certified public accountant, having worked for KPMG for six years in their assurance (audit) and consulting departments prior to becoming an attorney.
